Granby death under investigation

Autopsy will take place in near future

GRANBY, Mass. (WWLP) - A lone Granby police cruiser stands guard at the home where a 37-year old woman died under mysterious circumstances Monday night.

22News has been checking with The Northwestern District Attorney's Office concerning the death of 37-year old Annamarie Rintala of 18 Barton Street.

First Assistant District Attorney Renee Steese told 22News an autopsy will be held in the near future and that her office is treating the case as a death investigation.

Granby police, answering a 911 call found the woman's body Monday night.
