ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WESH) - Dramatic video from a Florida sheriff's office helicopter shows deputies chasing a man accused of kidnapping his 18-year-old neighbor Monday.

Orange County Sheriff's Office deputies said John Kersey, 33, lured the girl when she was walking home from school and then tied her up.

Deputies said Kersey held the victim at knifepoint while his own girlfriend was inside the house.

At some point, the victim was able to untie herself and ran to a neighbor's home. She then called 911 and told investigators what happened.
