I am a very sweet guy! I love attention and I get along great with people of all ages. I am one of those cats that even likes being picked up and cuddled!  Being white, I naturally stand out from the other cats. But I have unique markings too.

I always look like I've been playing in the dirt! (I have little black smudges on different parts of my body that you just can't wash off.) I am a great cat with a great purr-sonality and would make a great addition to any household. 

I’d like to tell anyone who is listening that through the end of the month all Dakin adult cats (six months and older) are part of a special NAME YOUR OWN PRICE adoption event. That’s right! October may officially be Adopt-a-Dog month but Dakin cats want to go home too. And the best part about adopting a cat right now, adopters get to name their price! 

Dakin will waive the adoption fee of $95 for cats six months and older through the end of the month.  A donation is appreciated. How much? You name it!

All adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, medical check up, age appropriate vaccinations and testing, microchip, collar and tag, plus a starter kit of food! 

Of course, all the same benefits adopters receive with the regular adoption fee of $95 will apply to this special adoption event.  Even at $95 that’s a bargain!  Dakin hopes that adopters will consider at least a minimum donation of $10 to help defray costs to the organization and to further in our efforts to help homeless animals find loving homes.
