Coco Puff was one of two kittens surrendered as part of an unwanted litter. Her philosophy in life appears to be “The world is my playground;” she has never met a toy or a person she didn’t like!

Coco Puff also has a reputation at Dakin for being a talker, particularly if she’s trying to get your attention.

This is the perfect cat for someone who wants an outgoing, curious, playful pet who is also cuddly and affectionate.

Moms Fixed Free -- a program that helps prevent unwanted litters

Coco Puff’s guardian was able to take advantage of Dakin’s “Moms Fixed Free” program, which provides the spay surgery for adult female cats free of charge at our Community Spay/Neuter Clinic. Guardians must agree to bring the entire litter of kittens to Dakin for adoption. This program is also available for unspayed female dogs and litters of puppies.

HALF-PRICE ADULT CAT ADOPTIONS:

Our Adoption Centers are full, especially with friendly adult cats who need to move into new homes as soon as possible. As an incentive to spur more adult cat adoptions, we’re offering half-price adoptions for any cat over 6 months of age through Thursday, 8/23. Adopters will get all the benefits of a full-price adoption—spay or neuter, vaccines, microchip—for the bargain price of $47.50!

We have plenty of wonderful dogs and small animals for adoption as well—something for everybody!
