Everybody Loves Somebunny!  Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society will celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend again this year with the Love Somebunny adoption event. Come join Dakin and our guests, bunny rescue House Rabbit Connection, this Saturday 12 noon – 4 p.m. at the Springfield Adoption Center, to meet some wonderful bunnies awaiting new homes. We have bonded pairs like inseparable and adorable sisters, Julie and Sophie, and single bunnies like Fluffy. All rabbit adoptions are ½ off!

In Fluffy’s first home, she lived in the basement. In her second home, allergies prevented her from staying. Fluffy loves people. She thoroughly enjoys being petted and is happy to be part of a conversation. She’s playful, friendly, and social. Having never been picked up, she gets very scared. Her ideal home will provide her with lots of interaction including daily handling, picking her up, and helping to build her confidence. The more she is held, the better. Like all bunnies, Fluffy should have ample out of cage exercise time in an exercise pen or bunny-proof room every day to romp, hop and play. Find out about bunny care and the Top 5 Reasons to Adopt a Rabbit. One of them has to do with off the chart cuteness.
