Tada! Here I am! A super sweet girl looking for a loving home to call my own. I was in a foster home getting strong and healthy after using lots of energy to raise a litter of eleven puppies. My foster mom and all the Dakin staff agree that it is hard to find a more endearing pooch than me. I love leaning against your legs and getting a nice scratch behind the ears. I also love going for leisurely walks and have great manners on leash. I’m back in the Springfield Adoption Center now but here’s what my foster mom had to say about me:

Tada is a nice, gentle dog. She is curious when she greets people but is gentle and not prone to jumping. She is friendly and loves being petted by the person coming in. She will solicit attention for a little while and then retire to her bed. When we move to another part of the house or go outside, Tada follows. She loves being part of the family. She loves to chew on tennis balls and rip them apart. Sniffing around outside is a favorite sport. She is excellent in the car. When watching TV, Tada settles in the TV room on her bed, but will sometimes sneak up onto your lap and curl up. (She doesn’t know she’s a bit too big to successfully be a lap dog.) Tada doesn't have accidents in the house or nor does she counter surf. I have introduced her to several other dogs and she has done well with all of them. She does not need to be crated when you leave the house, she will not chew anything. Tada is a gentle dog, easy to live with and to love.
