Vivi is very happy to be at Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society! She came from a dreadful situation of dog hoarding. Vivi and nearly 400 other dogs were living in deplorable conditions, and were rescued from a horrific case of cruelty and neglect that stretched over three states. Now at Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society, Vivi is getting good food and vet care…an interim step before finding the wonderful new home she most certainly deserves.

She would love a quiet home with people who will indulge her with love. While Vivi does not have a lot of energy, she will need regular walks in order to help her get back in shape; she’s a bit of a chunky monkey. Vivi likes to be handled gently. She does not have a lot of tolerance for unpredictable behavior, so she cannot be placed with children. She would be happiest in a quiet, adult-only home.
