(CNN) - Tired of the same of workout? Why not start flying? Samantha Loss is a daredevil.
"I've been sky diving, I've been bunge jumping,. My parents joked that as a kid I was happier hanging upside down."
So when she was looking for a new way to stay in shape, she took to the air. Now, Loss climbs the ladder to trapeze school. For two hours she flips dips and flies through the air with the greatest, and sometimes not so greatest of ease, to keep fit.
"It's a great workout for your body, it works muscles you never knew you had and it's a great workout for the mind. it really forces you to pull out some self -confidence and remind yourself I'm capable of doing some pretty ridiculous things."
It’s called the trapeze school of New York, which holds classes in numerous cities, including one in Washington DC. I designed to give anyone, from thrill seekers to fear-facers the opportunity to fly like a serious aerialist their motto? forget fear. Worry about the addiction.
"You are going to hear two voices when you first take off the platform, it will be us on the ground giving you instructions and one will be in your head going...AHHHHHH!"
Loss says not only is flying a huge stress buster, but a fat buster as well. She has abs of steel and has become an addict for soaring high.
