HCPA, LLC, a multispecialty group practice, was formed in 1974 with a few highly skilled and talented physicians, some of whom remain with HCPA today. Throughout the years our group has grown to over 70 practitioners prepared to meet the challenges of your health care needs.

Over the years, HCPA has focused on developing a comprehensive continuum of care to help care for all of your needs; in the office, in the hospital, or in a skilled nursing facility. We have found that our continuum of care improves patient communication, patient satisfaction, and the overall quality of care.

In addition to our primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and a wide choice of specialists, we have developed our own hospitalist teams at both Baystate Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center as well as working very closely with the hospitalist teams at Mercy, Baystate and Noble who also assist in caring for our patients. We also have our own Long Term Care and Sub Acute team who provides care at twelve (12) different skilled nursing facilities in the area. HCPA provides you with personalized care wherever you are. We have also begun to expand our office hours to evenings and Saturdays at selected sites.

Our office sites are conveniently located throughout Hampden County and our physicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For your added convenience, HCPA operates an urgent care center in East Longmeadow, which is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm and weekends from 9am - 3pm for urgent needs and walk-in services.

HCPA also has developed its own laboratory and diagnostic center so you can be assured of receiving fast and accurate test results.
