Over 30 years ago, Prospect Builders, located in East Longmeadow, MA, began its family business by providing onsite temporary housing for families displaced by fire and smoke damage. Over the years we have gained an enviable reputation throughout the northeast* for our responsive customer service.

With experienced employees our services have grown so that we can guide you from start to finish for all your emergency and restoration needs. We provide board up services to ensure that your property is safe from weather and vandalism. We provide complete fire and smoke restoration services as well as water extraction, dehumidifying and deodorizing. Our services also include structure and content cleaning. When needed, we can also pack and store your contents until construction repairs and restoration are complete.
