I oversee the daily cleaning, water damage and mold activities for Prospect Builders. I am certified in Fire, Smoke, & Water Damage Restoration; which includes Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning and Mold restoration. I've been certified by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) a non-profit certification body which establishes & monitors educational programs and standards for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.

As a result of my training and experience my goal is to provide our employees and you the customer a safe and living environment during the restoration/remediation process.

I design the reconstruction plans for homes that we are working on. I have ten years experience in Computer Aided design. I formerly worked Thirty years at Bay State Gas, in Construction Engineering & Management.

I liaison with City/Town officials, on permitting and inspections. I also work with customers and our sub-contractors.

I have Twenty years of experience in the construction industry both as a carpenter and as a teacher. I have also worked in the insurance industry as a property claim adjuster for over 20 years. These skills have awarded me the knowledge to determine what is necessary to reconstruct or restore a fire or water damaged building and also what is covered under the insurance policy.
