Big Bang Event with Mayim Bialik

WEST HARTFORD, Mass. - You may remember her as Blossom, or as Amy Farrah Fowler on the Big Bang Theory, Actress Mayim Bialik is coming to New England for a local event.

HHNE, the Hebrew HS of New England in West Hartford, CT, is having a scholarship fundraiser with Mayim Bialik as its main speaker.  Mayim played Blossom on Blossom and is currently playing Amy Farrah Fowler, the main squeeze of Dr. Sheldon Cooper on the Big Bang Theory.  Mayim is the only real Dr. (PhD. in Neuroscience) on the show and has also written a book about attachment parenting called Beyond the Sling.

HHNE's Big Bang event is June 21, 2012.  Beginning at 5:30, there will be a cocktail reception with Ms. Bialik for donors over $1,000.  There are many other giving opportunities.  Tickets to the event are $75.00, $36.00 for students.
