SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - It's a celebration of hope and awareness and is bringing the community together to support some incredible organizations helping to make a difference.

Cancer survivor Michael Rancitelli and Terry Hegarty, Celebration of Hope committee member, shared more about an upcoming Celebration of Hope dinner.

Michael also performed an original song that he and his wife co-wrote titled "Hope is Our Light."
