SPRINGFIELD, Mass (Mass Appeal) - All parents could agree that education is key and keeping a child safe is their number one priority, but safety education can be fun as well. The 3rd Annual Kids Safety Expo on Saturday, July 14th at the Basketball Hall of Fame, Attorney Tom Libbos of Libbos Law told us more about the event.
