CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - School might be starting, but a library is still a great afterschool stop for kids and families. Diane Ramsay, the Youth Services Coordinator for the Chicopee Public Library, showed us one of the exciting crafts kids can make for free at the library.
