Stanley Park: Under Polynesian Skies

WESTFIELD, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - Stanley Park is hosting a fun, tropical night out with delicious food, cocktails, dancing and so much more.

Mark Tansey, owner and head chef of Partners Restaurant and Catering and Kimberly Fisher, a committee member for the upcoming fundraiser at Stanley Park, Under Polynesian Skies, told us about the upcoming event as well as make one of the dishes that will be featured there.

• 1/2 c. pineapple, chopped
