SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - Join the American Heart/American Stroke Association and at the Pioneer Valley Stroke Survivors and Caregivers Forum and you'll leave healthier and better informed.

Angela Smith is the Stroke Program Manager from Holyoke Medical Center and tells us how we can help prevent strokes.
