Home Owners Checklist
- Check Roof: Cracked, broken shingles. Loose flashing. Chimney condition
- Gutters: Cleaned and extended 6'-10' away from foundation
- Walls: Seal and repair all cracks and gaps
- Windows and Doors: Examine caulking and seal
- Foundation: Seal cracks and slope away
