SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - Deborah Alli, Executive Director at Huntington Learning Center,explains how to encourage parents to cultivate  teenagers' strengths to find success in the future for this week's Huntington Learning Center's Educational Tip.

Adolescent years can be a tough time for most teenagers. However, this can also be the time to truly find strengths and passions. Deborah Alli tells us how to make sure our teens find their inner passion and learn what skills and subjects fit them best. These tips can help make sure they lead successful and confident lives in the future.
