Every student deserves the right to an education. But oftentimes, because of the unpredictable nature of the foster care system, children experiencing foster care have a harder time getting the education they so desperately need. Dan Heimpel, project director for Fostering Media Connections and Christine James-Brown, president and CEO of the Child Welfare League of America talk about this issue.
