Chicopee, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - We've all heard the sayings 'no elbows on the table' or 'chew with your mouth closed,' but have you ever heard of flu etiquette? It's important during the winter to know how to prevent the spreading of germs and etiquette expert, Anna Post from The Emily Post Institute, and Medical Director of the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases, Dr. Susan Rehm tell us more.

Post and Rehm give us tips on everything from how to sneeze politely, how to properly clean your hands, and when to just call out sick.

For more information on how to be up to par on your politeness you can visit  The Emily Post Institute.
