Chicopee, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - Are you wondering what animal tracks are criss-crossing across your backyard? Or maybe you're looking for a fun outdoor winter activity. Patti Steinman from the Mass Audubon Society and Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary tells us all about animal tracking.
Steinman gives animal tracking tips for beginners and how we can tell what animals match which prints. And the best part is that you don't even need snow to practice this outdoor activity. Steinman says that prints show just as well in mud and there are multiple locations around our area to check out the local wildlife for yourself.
And for more information on animal tracking, you can visit Mass Audubon or Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary .
