CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - NBC's reality competition series "Fashion Star" launches its second season this spring featuring celebrity mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos and fashion journalist and expert Louise Roe as host.
