CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - If you are always putting yourself on the back burner, it's time to make a change. Joining us with 10 Easy Tips to plug any leaks in your schedule that keep you from having enough time is Calendar Nirvana Coach Gretchen Duhaime.

  1. Go to bed 10 minutes earlier at night
  2. Get up 10 minutes earlier
  3. If a meeting or appointment ends early, use that time to so something that refills your tank
  4. Listen to an audio book during your commute that will help you learn something new or enrich you in some way.
  5. Reserve 15 minutes of your lunch break for taking a walk. (Tip: keep rain & snow gear, sunblock and walking shoes at your desk)
  6. Prepare quick & easy lunches the night before.
  7. Pick one task you do everyday that you can delegate or outsource
  8. While you're brushing your hair, look in the mirror and smile
  9. Use your DVR. Even if you replace just one live show with recorded, you'll get back at least ten minutes.
  10. Remember to breathe
