Make your own facial scrub and aromatherapy spray

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - Carol Joyce, a Community Herbalist & Owner of White Buffalo Herbs showed us how we can look and feel great on a budget.
Aromatherapy Spray
Ingredients:
- Distilled Water
- Glass spray bottle
- Steam-distilled Essential oil
- Small funnel
Directions:
- Pour distilled water into bottle
- Add 4-10 drops of pure essential oil
- Shake before each use
Facial Scrub with Gentle Lavender
Ingredients:
- ½ cup finely ground oatmeal
- ¼ cup ground almonds
- 1/8 cup ground roses essential oil
- 1 cup Kaolin clay
- ¼ cup ground lav buds
- 1 Tbsp lavender
- Containers
Directions:
- Grind Ingredients
- Mix powders together
- Add essential oil. Stir
- Cover and serve
