HOLYOKE, Mass. (MassAppeal) - Regardless of your age, level of activity and physical limitations you will derive wonderful health benefits from practicing and implementing Chair Yoga into your daily exercise routines. Janice Pagano, Holistic Counselor Educator and Yoga Instructor at Guidance for Inner Peace visited Mass Appeal to demonstrate the benefits of Chair Yoga.

This specialty class is for those new to yoga, people seeking stress reduction, elderly, disabled, pregnancy and those in recovery from illness, injury or surgery, overweight or workers who sit at a desk all day!

Benefits include; relaxation, stress reduction, flexibility, mental clarity, strengthening and toning of muscles, improved breathing and more!

A class is typically an hour long, and its with relaxation.
