Bipartisan Burger with Blue Cheese and Red Chillies

HUNTINGTON, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - It's Election Day so why not make a red-white-and-blue recipe that will please guests of all political persuasions, no matter the election outcome?

Chef John Slattery, Owner of Four Main Street in Huntington, showed us how to make a Bipartisan Burger!

Bipartisan Burger with Blue Cheese and Red Chilis

Ingredients:

  • Potato Rolls
  • Lean Ground Beef
  • Spice Rub
    • Store Bought Cajun Seasoning, plus brown sugar, smoked paprika, Cayenne pepper)
  • Gorgonzola glaze
    • Gorgonzola Cheese and butter
  • Prepared Red Chilis
    • Store bought or (fresh Red Chili peppers, salt, pepper, oil
  • Red, Blue & white corn tortillas
  • Salsa
    • Tomatoes, Jalapenos, red onion, lime, parsley, or cilantro
  • Queso
    • American cheese, milk, white pepper - canned diced tomatoes with chilies
