Cheese Garlic Bread with Tomato Bruschetta

Cheese Garlic Bread with Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients:

• Ripe Tomatoes
• Fresh Basil
• Chopped Garlic
• Diced Bermuda Onion
• Balsamic Vinegar
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Fresh Cracked Pepper
• Sea Salt
• 6" Grinder Roll
• Garlic & Herb Butter
• Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

1. Dice tomatoes and place in mixing bowl with fine chiffonade basil, chopped garlic, balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Toss to incorporate ingredients, let rest 5 minutes or longer.
3. Will Keep in Refrigeration.
4. Slice grinder roll and spread with herbed butter, top with cheese and bake in oven until golden brown.
5. Serve while warm with bruschetta mixture.
