CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - We're kicking off International Cooking Week with a trip south of the border to make some chili and you can eat this chili and many more for a great cause this weekend. Bob Wool, a member of the Shriners, shared more about an upcoming chili cook-off.
