Egg Nog Cake - 350° oven
Egg Nog Frosting (recipe in this chapter)
1 1/4 C. yellow cake mix
2 T. vanilla instant pudding/pie filling mix
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 C. water
2 T. light or dark rum
1/4 C. canola oil
1 egg

Egg Nog Frosting - Refrigerate
3 T. vanilla instant pudding/pie filling mix
3 T. cold egg nog
1/4 tsp. rum extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 ¾ C. whipped topping
