22News Anchors Jackie Brousseau and Rich Tettemer joined Seth in the Mass Appeal kitchen to cook up Jackie's delicious ham sliders.

Jackie Brousseau's Ham Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1 onion grated
  • 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mustard (any kind)
  • 3 packages small potato rolls or slider rolls
  • 1 lb. deli ham (chopped)
  • 1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
  • Small aluminum pans

Directions:

  1. Melt together first 5 ingredients in a small sauce pan.  Set aside.  Separate tops from rolls.  Put bottoms in pan.
  2. Spread a teaspoon of melted mixture on bottom of rolls.  Add generous amount of chopped ham.  Add shredded cheese.
  3. Spread another teaspoon of melted mixture on top of cheese.  Put tops back on.
  4. Cook in 350-degree oven for 30-45 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
  5. Enjoy!
