Make Homemade Mozzarella!

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - If you're looking for a fun family activity that's also delicious, we've got it right here.  Homemade mozzarella cheese isn't just delicious, it's also easy to make.  Ricki Carroll and Jamie Eckley of the New England Cheesemaking Supply Company are here to show us how to make this delicious treat.

Equipment needed:
A 6 - 8 quart stainless steel pot.
A slotted spoon.
A two quart microwave safe mixing bowl.
Measuring spoons.
A dairy thermometer.

Ingredients:
1 Gallon of Milk
1-1/2tsp Citric Acid dissolved in1cup cool water
1/4tsp or 1/4 tablet Rennet mixed in 1/4 cup cool water
