AGAWAM, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - To lessen the stress of a hard week, make a super easy calzone for dinner. Bobby Aversa, Owner of The Pizza Guy , showed us how to make a sweet and savory calzone!
Savory Calzone
- 1 8oz dough
- Homemade garlic oil ( Oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic)
- Mozzarella
- Ricotta
- Oregano
- Sausage
- Pepperoni
- Side of sauce
Bananza Calzone (Sweet)
- 1 4oz dough
- One ripe banana
- Chocolate syrup
- Cinnamon/sugar
- Ricotta
- Butter/Powdered sugar for topping
- Chocolate sauce for dipping
