Refreshing summer cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - Celebrate Summer with cookouts, pool parties and delicious drinks! Ann Macey from Ann's Table for Two showed us how to make refreshing cocktails, and some non-alcoholic drinks for summertime!

White Wine Sangria

  • 1/3 C. cranberry juice
  • 1 +1/2 C. dry white wine, chilled
  • 1 C. orange seltzer water
  • 1 quarter orange wedge, cut in half
  • 1 quarter lime wedge, cut in half
  • 1 quarter lemon wedge, cut in half

Mocha Martini

  • 1/4 C. vanilla vodka
  • 1/4 C. coffee liqueur
  • 9.5 oz. bottle coffee or mocha frappaccino
  • Chocolate syrup

Apple Rum Mocktini

  • 1 C. apple cider or apple juice
  • 1/2 C. whiskey sour mix (bottled not dry mix)
  • 1/2 T. rum extract


Lime Cooler - Mocktail

  • 1 can (12 oz.) lemon-lime soda (or seltzer)
  • 1/4 C. Rose's lime juice
  • 2 slices fresh lime
