SOUTH DEERFIELD Mass. (Mass Appeal) - Winter might not strike you as a salad season, but eating hearty greens this time of year can be delicious as well as nutritious. Official Mass Appeal Chef, Greg Monette from Chandler's Restaurant in South Deerfield came on Mass Appeal to show us his Winter Green Salad recipe.
