(WWLP) - Combining your social interactions with your bank transactions.
That's something social media giant Facebook is quietly looking into, according to Fortune Magazine. Facebook users could some day pay their bills and look at their checking and savings balance the same time they upload pictures to their timeline. 22News wanted to find out if you would ever consider doing such secure transactions on Facebook.
"I think many people will buy into it for some strange reason, I do think", says Holyoke's Martin Skuze.
"I don't think so. I think I wouldn't trust it, it's easily hacked", says Holyoke's Karen Skuze.
According to Fortune Magazine, Facebook hopes this would allow banks to communicate better with their customers, drawing more traffic to its site.
