SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - An arrest has been made in the investigation of a bomb threat phoned into Bradley International Airport.

Thirty-five-year-old Ronderick Finch of Springfield is now under arrest.

He is being held in custody in Massachusetts.

According to state police, early Friday afternoon a phone call was made from 66 Nathaniel Street in Springfield to the airport's general information line reporting a bomb threat.

The male caller said that the bomb was set to go off at a specific time.

Airport security and Connecticut State Police searched the airport with bomb-sniffing dogs, but found no explosives.

According to Connecticut State Police Sergeant H. Chris Johnson, authorities are working to return Finch to Connecticut to face charges which include an "act of terrorism."

Sergeant Michael Popovics of the Massachusetts State Police told 22News that Finch is being held in the Hampshire County House of Corrections and is charged with being a fugitive of justice.
