SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) - 17-year-old Ashley Longe, one of the alleged bullies in the Phoebe Prince case, allegedly hit a parked car while driving under the influence.

According to South Hadley Police Chief David Labrie, the accident occurred at 1:03 in the morning on Tuesday, August 31st. She was arraigned in Eastern Hampshire District Court later that same day.

Longe is charged with possession of liquor under the age of 21, operating under the influence, and operating a motor vehicle in violation of license restrictions.

The conditions of the arraignment force her to live with her mother, report to probation once a week by phone, and abide by a curfew from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am every night. She is also not allowed to drive and must try to get a job.

Northampton Attorney Thomas Kokonowski said, if she's convicted, "It's a year's probation. Normally they attend a 16 week driving and alcohol education program. There are fines and fees as you can imagine. They are usually well over $1,000."

Now, Longe has two pending pre-trial dates. On September 23rd, she will face charges for allegedly bullying Phoebe Prince. On November 15th, she’ll go to court to address her OUI charge.
