MOUNT VERNON, Wash. (KING) - Police in Mount Vernon, Washington are crediting a city worker's sharp eye and keen memory with helping nab a crew of graffiti artists.
Bill Maikai supervises inmate work crews that spend their days painting over graffiti.
After a recent rash of taggings he reviewed surveillance camera footage of one of the crimes and recognized one of the faces.
