PD: Man arrested after attempted abduction at park

NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH) - A Norwich man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a teenage girl in a park and attempting to abduct her.

According to police, 21-year-old David J. Rose was arrested for allegedly attempting to abduct the teen and exposing himself to her while she was jogging in Mohegan Park Friday.

Rose was charged with unlawful restraint, breach of peace, public indecency, and violation of probation.

Bond was set at $200,000.
