WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) - A Stop & Shop customer was arrested for filming up women's skirts.

Employees at the Stop & Shop on Farmington Avenue in West Hartford reported the customer was sliding a backpack underneath women's shirts on Friday evening.

Police determined 25-year-old Rodolfo Tamaniz-Cruz would walk up to women and talk to them about recipes. He would then hold his backpack, with a cell phone propped up inside, underneath their skirts.

Police say there were multiple videos on his cell phone.

He was arrested and charged with 32 counts of voyeurism and 32 counts of second degree breach of peace. Police seized his phone as evidence.
