SOMERS, Conn. (WWLP) - Twenty-three year old Erin Houle of Springfield has been charged in connection with a June fire that destroyed a vacant mill building in Somers, Connecticut.

Houle and two men from Enfield, 21 year-old Christopher Jackson and 20 year-old Wesley Hall, surrendered to police on Monday.

Connecticut State police said investigators found that the three had been in the Somersville Manufacturing Company building 15 minutes before authorities got a 911 call about the fire.

All were freed after court appearances Monday, and ordered to return to court on October 1.
