ENFIELD, Conn. (AP) - Four Connecticut men have been charged in bloody home invasion
in Enfield where two other men were stabbed in the face over the
weekend.
Police say the suspects barged into a house party on Neelans
Road early Sunday morning. When officers arrived, they say they
found two men with large open stab wounds on their faces, two
injured women and blood all over the upstairs.
Police Chief Carl Sferrazza says the motive isn't clear. But
police believe the four men, all from Enfield, targeted people in
the house for some reason.
Authorities charged 20-year-old Tyrus Prude, 18-year-old
Jovan Pride, 18-year-old William Preston and 18-year-old Issac
Velazquez with home invasion, assault and other crimes. They were
all held in lieu of bonds of at least $150,000.
