CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - Chicopee police are looking for two suspects in a bank robbery on Memorial Drive early Monday afternoon.
Detective Timothy Foley told 22News that two men robbed the Bank of America branch at 638 Memorial Drive just before 12:30 P.M.
Foley says that both suspects handed notes to two different tellers demanding money. Both men implied that they were armed, but no weapons were shown. They left the bank with an undetermined amount of cash.
Surveillance photos released by police show two white or Hispanic men dressed in black and wearing hats; with one suspect wearing a black knit ski cap, while the other man wearing a black Pittsburgh Pirates baseball cap.
The suspect in a ski cap was wearing a black leather jacket, while the suspect in the baseball hat wearing a black North Face fleece jacket.
