CHESTER, Mass. (WWLP) - The State Fire Marshal's office will be trying to figure out what caused an old hunting lodge to burn to the ground in Chester.

The fire happened just before 10:30 Tuesday night at 197 Abbot Hill Road, just east of the center of town.

Deputy Fire Chief Grant Holland told 22News that the building was not occupied, and that nobody was injured while trying to put out the flames.
