Firefighters trying to put out Hatfield fire

HATFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Firefighters in Hampshire County are trying to put out a fire in the town of Hatfield.

Firefighters were called to the home on Cronin Hill Road around 4:00 P.M. The fire badly damaged the garage of the one-story ranch style home.

A Northampton Fire Department dispatcher told 22News that they brought fire engines up to Hatfield to assist with the town's firefighting efforts. Firefighters from neighboring Whately were also called-in.
