HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) - Hadley Police say that young children were used in a scheme to steal several thousand dollars worth of electronics from the Best Buy Store at the Hampshire Mall.

According to Hadley Police Patrolman Mitchell Kuc, witnesses reported seeing a child of about 10 years old inside the store, collecting electronic items and putting them into a single location. A man and woman then entered the store along with two younger children.

The younger children began running around the store, distracting the employees, while Kuc says that suspects collected the electronic items, put them into a stroller, and exited the store. Police have provided surveillance photos of the suspects, and their vehicle, which is believed to be a gray Honda Accord or Toyota Camry.

If you have any information about these thefts, call the Hadley Police Department at (413) 584-0883.
