PALMER, Mass. (WWLP) - Tuesday (January 15th) is the deadline to submit a $400,000 application fee to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.

In a statement sent to 22News, Mohegan Sun, which has an interest in Palmer said: "We intend, as we always have, on submitting the $400K by the January 15th deadline."

The two developers interested in Springfield; Penn National and MGM both paid their application fee.

No one else with an interest in Western Massachusetts has paid yet.  Hard Rock is expected to announce its plans at the "Big E" on Friday, but hasn't paid yet either.
