Mayflower marathon kicks off

Rock 102 launched its annual 52-hour food drive outside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield.

Their goal is to fill three 48-foot trailers.

You can bring in your non-perishable food donations until Wednesday morning.

Radio hosts Bax and O'Brien are hoping for a big response.

“How people respond is the more the need the greater the response. I hope this year we can beat it.”

“Everything will go from the trucks to the Open Pantry and unfortunately it only gets them until about March.”

This is the 14th year of Rock 102's food drive for the Open Pantry.

Remember, they're accepting donations until Wednesday.
