BOSTON, Mass. (WWLP) - A new poll finds voter apathy in Bay State.
The WHDH 7News / Suffolk University Poll shows a whopping 93% of Democratic voters couldn't pinpoint the exact date of the December 8th U.S. Senate primary.
73% didn't even know in which month the primary will occur.
22News spoke to local voters who didn't have much interest either.
"I'm not following it and I didn't even know a primary was coming up," said Christine Raymond of Longmeadow.
"I'm not really into politics, so not really at all," remarked another local voter.
The 7News / Suffolk University Poll shows Attorney General Martha Coakley is the Democratic front runner with 44% of the vote.
